Department Of Oral Medicine & Radiology Conducted a Pharmacovigilance Program on 21^st September. In reference to DCI circular, to celebrate 4^th National Pharmacovigilance Week from 17^th to 23^rd Sept 2024, with the Theme of ‘Building ADR Reporting Culture for Patient Safety’

The Pharmacovigilance Day was organized by a theme-based Pharmacovigilance e-poster competition on topic ‘Building ADR Reporting Culture for Patient Safety’ by third year, final years B.D.S students and interns. The students actively took part in the competition, as we received 11 e-posters from final year and third year students and 8 e- posters from intern showcasing their talent and understanding of Pharmacovigilance, which was judged by Principal Navodaya Dental College, Dr. Girish Katti and Professor and HOD, Dept. of Oral Medicine And Radiology, Dr. Vajendra Joshi.

The day was wrapped up by words of wisdom from Principal Dr. Girish Katti sir and shedding lights on the importance of Pharmacovigilance practice by Dr. Vajendra Joshi sir. Followed up by certificate distribution to winners of e- porter competition and boosting the spirit of all participants by Principal Dr. Girish Katti sir.
