On 28Th December 2022, the new 17th batch of dental students were invited in S R Hegde Hall to orient them to the campus and curriculum.
Dr. Girish Katti, Principal NDC was the president for the Event.
The panel of dignitaries invited for the orientation were:
– Dr. T. Srinivas, Registrar, NET.
– Dr. P Vijayakumar, Director, IP&SA.
– Dr. Vijayachandra, Principal, NMC.
– Brig. (Dr.) PSK Patel SM, Medical Superintendent. NMCH
Dr. Chandrika Katti, Prof, Dept of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics delivered the Welcome Speech, followed by orientation by our hon’ble Principal, Dr. Girish Katti. Dr. Vijayachandra showered words of wisdom for the newcomers.
Dr. Vanishree, HOD, Dept of Oral Pathology and Microbiology led the Hippocratic Oath.
Dr. Suresh Babu gave the Vote of Thanks, concluding the program. Snacks and beverages were provided. The students were then, asked to assemble in Dental College for Hostel Admission procedures.
