Add on teaching and learning methodology for under graduate and post graduate students was organized to promote innovative teaching and imbibing supplementary teaching methodologies apart from didactic lectures.
This series was initiated with the presentation from the Department of Periodontology by Dr Rumaisa Rehman third year post graduate student on topic “EXPLORING PERIODONTOLOGY WITH FOCAL INFECTION THEORY JUSTIFIED” at AV- hall library on 29/1/2024.
The program was guided by Head of the Department and Staff, Department of Periodontology. Dr Girish Katti, Principal Navodaya Dental College inaugurated the programme and was attended by 3rd and final year under graduate and post graduate students and staff.
The programme highlighted the importance of oral hygiene, various treatment modalities and role of Periodontal medicine in maintaining systemic health of individual.
