TITLE: BLS TRAINING PROGRAM

OBJECTIVES: Saving lives is the primary goal of the basic life support protocol. The likelihood of survival increases with the prompt administration of CPR and AED to the person. The simulation helps students achieve a number of learning objectives, including the “goal of acquiring skills” in a real-world setting and the “cognitive goal” of learning a great deal about the demands of the real workplace.

The skills lab’s goal is to reduce risks associated with direct patient exposure by offering a secure setting where students can acquire, hone, and be observed using skills in a simulated setting.

OUTCOME: The two hour lecture was followed by workshop in afternoon session Attended by all the, students. it was Conducted at SKILL LAB NAVODAYA MEDICAL COLLEGE, the lecture was very valuable and important for all the Dentists and students in their day to day practice.

POST EVENT FEEDBACK: The feedback from all the students, interns was very good. TOTAL 80 STUDENTS WERE BENIFITED WITH THE PROGRAMME.
