A CDE program was conducted by Dept of Oral Pathology on 15th June
2021 on “Personality Development”. The program was scheduled from
10.30AM to 1.00PM, 436 delegates registered for the webinar. The program
started with program introduction by Dr. Vanishree M, Prof & Head, Dept
of Oral Pathology. The first session was on “Introduction to life skills by
Dr. Preeti M Galagali. Madam gave an insight into various life skills. Later,
Welcome address was given by Dr. Girish Kati, Principal, NDC. Sir
stressed on the need for the Positive personality development. Dr. T
Srinivas, Register, NET, Chief guest of the Program spoke about the need
& techniques to reduce the stress in life. Introduction to guest speakers
was given by Dr. Anila K, Reader, Dept of Oral Pathology. Session 2 was
on Application of Life skills & Stress Management by Dr. Chandrika Rao,
Dr. Anuradha H S and Dr. Preeti M Galagali. They spoke about stressors &
Drug abuse, relationship & social media and flag signs of depression. In
question & answer session, questions were answered by all three speakers.
The program ended by vote of thanks by Dr. Vardendra Manvikar, Reader,
Dept of Oral Pathology. The entire program was coordinated by Dr. R.
Amrutha, Reader, Dept of Oral Pathology, NDC.
